The hotel restaurant is surrounded by windows on three sides, offering you a beautiful view of the Adriatic Sea only 200 yards away. Their web site (www.hotelsarti.com) says it better than I can: "The choice of courses is renewed and varied daily, home made pasta follows the Romagna way of cooking and each dish, from hors d'oeuvres to dessert, renews the taste of tradition while adding a dash of creativity and imagination given by Chef Olivio and his team. In addition, and in respect of the high quality of the cuisine, the wine list offers a wide and diverse choice that includes many prestigious labels. A noticeable aspect is given by our service: prompt, professional, cordial." This is absolute truth-in-advertising.
