This place is great! It's a "tapas" restaurant, which means "appetizers." The menu has a wide variety of appetizers and a great dessert list too. You can order as many or as few dishes as you like. The idea is to order a few different things and share with your friends. The restaurant is also a working art studio, filled with all types of original art work for sale. You can always find an artist at work right there. If you have the time to sit, relax, and just eat, go there! The food comes out at different times and each dish was a surprize!! Vegatarians You will have no difficulty finding something. Their cocktail/speciality drinks were great as well. Be careful, though: We went when we were really hungry and got carried away. But the experience was well worth the price!

Orlando has it all. We tried many places and they were all great. Sweet Tomato was excellent. The crowds gather by 6:30pm, so you can avoid a long wait if you eat early. I'd plan to eat about 5pm. Everywhere you look, you see coupon books. Practically every restaurant advertises in them, and you really do save money by taking a coupon with you.

We had pasta and it was delicious. The atmosphere is a little dark but cozy at the same time. Service was great regardless of the crowd. This is a restaurant for the whole family. Good food at affordable prices.

We discovered Sweet Tomato when we were cruisin'' International Drive and what a discovery, especially for my husband who is on a diabetic, fat-reduced diet. This restaurant is billed as a salad bar buffet, but offers a lot more.

Not only do they have all the fixings for a tossed salad, but several choices in fat-free dressings, as well as regular dressings. They have a variety of other salads such as pastas, potato, etc. They have a soup bar with several choices of fat-free and meatless soups. Their bakery offers delicious fat-free corn bread, a rice chocolate muffin, and other traditional choices. The pasta area has a variety of choices in pasta and sauces. For a dessert you can choose fat-free yogurt, cookies, cheesecake, or for the chocolate lover, something that will satisfy your cravings.

Serving excellent and original food--you can choose lots of smaller size dishes (tapas style) and there is plenty to choose from for vegetarians.

We also loved the ambiance--it is full of artwork on display and for sale. You also get to talk to the featured artist who is working in the cafe. There is live entertainment and even a tarot reader!

An all around fun place for an excellent evening out.
