Pergamino Cafe

My last business trip took me to San Francisco. I normally stay near the airport, but decided to stay in Fisherman's Wharf this trip. I'm an early riser, hard to find many places open except your dime a dozen breakfast joints for that morning cup of coffee

I past a small breakfast bearing the name "Pergaminos World Famous Breakfast." I could see someone just opening the restaurant, and yet offered me a fresh hot cup of coffee. Exactly what I wanted. I thought since I was treated so kindly I'd sit and have a small bite to eat.

I tried the waffles at the owners suggestion. Boy was I impressed. I only wish I could duplicate them at home. I spent my last three mornings there at Pergaminos. The nice thing about this place is that just about everything is homemade. I sampled jams that were still warm. Yummy!

The staff there are very diverse, and very friendly. While there ask for Richard or Leon.

I hope this helps.

Pergaminos Cafe

We found Pergaminos, on recommendations of a local, we meet in a supermarket in San Francisco. Skeptics, we decide to go with the flow. "DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH". Everything homemade, breads, jams, not to forget to mention the homemade waffles with fresh fruit. If you are going to San Francisco, "THIS IS A MUST" on your list for really good food. Eating at Pergaminos took us back to Sunday morning breakfast at Grandmas, everything home made.
