The restaurant "Figli di Papa" is the ground floor of the B&B Palazzo Della Marra, and was recommended to us by the Tourist Information office as somewhere that does good reasonably priced food. There's indoor seating, but both times we ate there, we sat on the plant covered terrace by the quiet street at the back, which was lovely.
As I said, we ate there twice. Twice because it was so good the first time that we had to go back!
Our first meal was a light one - single course - where my son's gnocchi was a revelation, the salmon farfalle, the arrabiata, the veal & porcini, scialatielli with seafood, and omelet all went down a storm. Second time around we went the whole hog and had three courses. We shared antipasto, tried various other dishes including a lovely chicken with sage, and tried the desserts, where the Macedonia of fruit was particularly nice, and a bit different too.
The staff were friendly and helpful both times - even recognising us second time. We had to wait a little second time, as they were busy, but they cheerfully made room for us when they could. Eating al fresco there felt almost like eating outside on your own terrace - that's how at home they made us feel.
I don't remember the details of the prices - but it was as billed - reasonable - and very tasty. They do do a fixed "tourist" menu of three courses with a drink for 15E - which I bet would have been extremely good value for money. If you're in Ravello - you can't go wrong eating here.
