Comer

Gastronomically speaking, Recoleta is one of the most visited neighborhoods, either by locals or tourists, offering a wide variety of pubs, bars, and restaurants.

Tasty food and a friendly staff make Restaurant “Comer” (the Spanish for “eat”) one of my favorite places in the area. The very first day of our stay in Buenos Aires, and being really hungry after a long journey, we learned about this place and couldn’t wait to give it a try, and we weren’t disappointed at all.

You can choose from a mouthwatering buffet with local traditional dishes and international cuisine, a grill with typical Argentine meat, or dishes prepared by the chef in front of you! I especially recommend their pasta with Trapiche Malbec wine, and of course, save some room for the dessert buffet.

Another good reason not to miss this place: prices are pretty reasonable.
