We love this place!!
My girlfriends and I love to go to Red Brick on Thursday nights to watch Grey's Anatomy. Each booth has it's own flat panel tv.
We get our usual large Red Brick Gourmet Works pizza. It's like a supreme with everything on it.
You have to try their cheese bread sticks. They'll bring them out hot before your pizza arrives; very yummy!
They make the pizza right in front of you and fire roast in their oven.
They also have some great gelato (Italian ice cream). We always get the strawberry, but just recently the manager, Ben conviced us to try the Romeo and Juliet Gelato. I'm hooked!!
This place is great to hang out with friends or take the family; kids love the TVs.
Say hi to Ben for us!

Red Brick Pizza

Out here on the prairie many great types of food can be had, but seldom do I find a good pizza. Very seldom! I went to Red Brick Pizza with hopes fairly high and was not disappointed. The pizza is cooked extremely rapidly (the kids won't drive you crazy while waiting to eat), about 3 minutes at very high heat. The salads are fresh with a variety of choices and wine and beer is sold by the bottle along with soft drinks, fruit juices and bottled water.

Watch your navigation as the back of this restaurant faces Overton Boulevard. You have to drive into the parking lot in front of Barnes and Noble and Old Navy and look to the north to see this address in a strip retail center fairly close to Hulen Mall and Hulen Street.

There is free parking and a couple outside tables. A curious attribute of this restaurant is that nearly every table has a flat screen TV with remote control. Just like home! Amuse the children with cartoons or watch the news.

As good as this pizza is (they have sandwiches called "Fhazani" also), the size of the restaurant may become an issue at peak times. You can do carry out, but on a Sunday afternoon nearly every table was full when we arrived.

We will return and soon. I want to order a chopped salad in Greek or Italian style. A large pizza fed two adults, with four slices to spare. With a medium we wouldn't have had any to take home. A great place to stop for a bit when out shopping.

Red Brick Pizza

I had been waiting patiently for the chance to eat at the Red Brick Pizza. When it finally opened, my husband and I went and had lunch. First of all, I had the most difficult time choosing which pizza to order because there were so many to pick from. They have a ton of choices and I have a hard time with making decisions—especially with things I really like, like food. So if you are like me, allow yourself some time to thoroughly examine the menu. Besides, the 15 different Fire Roasted Gourmet Pizzas they have, they also have salads, Italian Gelato ice-cream, Fhazanis (fire roasted gourmet sandwiches), kid's meals, and sides like bread sticks. My husband is easy and he just ordered a pepperoni pizza and drink. After finally narrowing it down to three, I decided to just pick one and order because people were waiting behind me. And do you know what I did? I ordered the wrong one! I looked at the menu and read off the one below the one I really wanted and I ordered the one that I did not want. But, that was my fault and so I ate it and it was okay, but it had pine nuts on it and I didn't like those. So if you aren't a pine nut fan, don't get that one. I tasted my husbands (of course, like I always do) and his was good. The neat part about this place is that you can watch them bake your pizza in the flaming oven right in front of you. Also, there is a FLAT SCREEN TV AT EACH TABLE with a remote so you can watch TV while you eat. It is literally a few feet from your face. It is pretty neat and my husband really enjoyed that.As far as the price goes, we had two pizzas and one drink and it was $14.00. Since my husband got the daily special, his was about $7.00 and I got a Fire Roasted Gourmet Pizza which was about $7.00 also. The pizzas are pretty good size and not too big so it was plenty to eat. It was very tasty. If you want to look at their menu, you can go to: http://www.redbrickpizza.com/home.php There are some extra items on the menu at the one we ate at so you may see some other items offered that may not be posted on the website. Either way, there are a lot of choices and a great variety of foods to choose from. I enjoyed eating here and will definitely go back.
