Ciao Italia

The first impression I had of Ciao Italia concerned its decor. I felt as if I had just walked into Italy. The smells that came from the kitchen made me want to order one of everything on the menu.

I settled for what now has become my favorite dish, Spaghetti al Pomodoro e`Basilico con Mozzarella di Bufala(spaghetti with fresh tomato, bufala mozzarella, and basil.) If you've ever had a tomato and mozzarella salad, it's just like that, but served over pasta. I try to make it at home every chance I get.
