Il Refugio del Ghiottone (Refuge of the Glutton)

The food was authentic, excellent, and freshly prepared. Pizza comes from a woodfired oven, although the specialties are tagliatelle and fish. I had sea bass baked in salt. The place is full of locals (I was the only tourist), many of whom know the two proprieters who serve.
