WOW!! Now looking at this little place from the outside... well, let's just say that I didn't expect much!! Once inside, my goodness, it's a very cute place, very clean!! It's a bit small but oh so wonderfully decorated and so cozy. We were greeted instantly and asked to sit anywhere! We received a basket of warm chips and the best salsa I have come across!! And I am not exaggerating! I ordered a chile relleno and an enchilada combination, which includes rice and beans!! I have never in my life tasted a chile relleno this good, so fresh, and the enchilada sauce... just delicious! This is now definitely my favorite Mexican restaurant, and I do not plan on going anywhere else! If you have not tried Linda's and live or are near 10th and Redondo in LONG BEACH, I highly recommend you going! I guarantee that this little family-owned Mexican restaurant will become your favorite, too! So go on—let's support this small business'!!
