Woody's Smokehouse

This place was absolutely amazing. The funny part was that I was just pulling over to the next gas station to get some water and use the restroom, and I saw this Shell gas station that looked like a restaurant. I went inside, and to my right was a normal convenience store setting, and to my left was a bakery, deli, and buffet with two rows of picnic tables. There were at least 75 people in this store when I was in there—it was so busy. I think that everyone from around there comes and spends part of their Sunday afternoon there.

Of course, we decided to stay and eat. And boy, was I glad we did! It was delicious. We both had chop beef sandwiches, which were less than $4 each, and then we got free beans and tea! So we both ate for under $10. It was great.

Also, I took pictures of all the goods that they had for sale, which are priced by the pound, bag, or jar, with very good prices. I went home with some sliced cheese and wasabi peanuts for less than $6.

So now I can see why it was so busy and why people come in and spend time there. I would definitely be there a lot if I could! If you are anywhere near this place, please stop by and check it out. Enjoy a tasty, inexpensive meal and buy some goods to take with you!
