It is actually a chocolate shop with a small cafe. If you enjoy good chocolate, this is a must.
Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff.
There is a window looking into the chocolate kitchen that slides open. We watched two chefs creating treats. They came to the window and gave us fresh samples right off the table. They were to die for.
The cases were filled with chocolate treats of every description. From traditional turtles and chocolate bars to many types of truffles and covered fruits.
It is more expensive than you will find in retail stores, but the chocolate is a great deal better. A bar of dark chocolate, the size of a large Hershey Bar, will run you about $18. A small bag of dark chocolate covered prunes ran $7. But it is fresh, high quality chocolate. It is a treat and commands such a price.
If you enjoy chocolate, it is worth the stop.
