I usually don't mention negative dining experiences but this occassion was so exceptional that it would be wise to share it with Travellers to that area.
My wife and I had a really bad experience at Alberts Lakeside Restaurant at Baulkham Hills.
We ordered our meals and when they arrived my wife had a blonde hair in hers.
We complained only to be told that it was not a blonde hair, I know what a hair looks like and neither of us are blonde.
You can Imagine our disgust
We were also told that the cooks all had black hair and it could not come from the kitchen, however the girl who served us was Blonde!
No apology was given, as a matter of fact we were treated very rudely.
I complained to the manager who said that they were looking into it however no explanation was given and we had to pay full price.
After that experience we will never be eating there again and would not recommend it after that.
