We went here to check our e-mail in the upstairs computer room, but went elsewhere for dawdling over coffee. A few tables sit on the street and the inside presents a rather dreary bar with very loud music, attractive to world-weary teenagers, rebelling against the shiny optimism of their country. Upstairs, a dozen computers wait in rows on long tables. The Internet fee is about three U.S. dollars for a half-hour.
