Shipwreck Tavern is known for some of the best burgers on St. Thomas. Directly across from Havensight Mall, where most of the large cruise ships visiting the island dock, Shipwreck is almost always busy.
The menu consists of typical American cuisine but focuses on several types of burgers. The burgers are all quite large to begin with and only get bigger with the available toppings.
Shipwreck has a typical bar atmosphere, with several new flat-panel televisions usually broadcasting sporting events. This is a great place to catch a game while you're in the islands. The service tends to be good, as does the food. Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, or somewhere to relax and watch a game, Shipwreck is a great choice.
