In a word -- WOW! This husband-and-wife-run restaurant at Magen's Point Resort is rapidly becoming very popular in the Peterborg area of St. Thomas. We ate here four times during our stay at Magen's Point and enjoyed every meal. Food was served poolside, under patio umbrellas – it was like dining alfresco at a friend's, if your friend is a trained chef! **Some highlights**
-Linguini with Shrimp and Scallops
Linguine with seafood in a spicy red sauce. A large portion at a reasonable price, very tasty, with nice, fresh shrimp and scallops. Yum! I had the rest for breakfast the next day.
-Caesar Salad with Blackened Tuna
OMG -- this was easily the best Caesar salad I have had all year. Fresh romaine and well-balanced dressing with the correct amount of anchovy. The tuna was blackened just right, slightly rare at center. Great!
-Shrimp Mix
Tempura, coconut, and BBQ shrimp sampler. Excellent.
-Brownie Creme Brulee
Damn good -- brownie base, smooth and rich custard, served warm with a lovely crust. Delicious!
