Cowboy Ciao has many unique, and daring dishes, so don't go if you don't like to try new things! My family loves to try wild dishes, so we got the Pheasant Stew, Elk Tostada, and Five-0 bread pudding. Absolutely delicious! The portions were perfectly sized, not like the ones that make you too stuffed to move. You really ought to try it!

With great service, unique dishes, and romantic circular booths, this is Arizona at its best. This restaurant has an impressive wine list, and you can order flights to help identify your choice for the evening. They have a knowledgable staff. Check out the wine bar in the cellar/back alley of the restaurant.
