Dinner is served from 6:30 to 9:30pm. Choices varied each evening. Burgers, fish, chicken, sausage, pork (roast or chops), plus all the Caribbean standards including rice, beans, tortillas, mashed yucca, "banana pie" etc. Also had a huge assortment of breads and rolls.
Lots of choices so there is something for all. Also, there is also a special order pasta station that was excellent -- our daughter’s favorite.
Restaurant is open air. No walls here, so no AC. Sit by a ceiling fan and you will be comfortable. Caruso's is the only AC eatery.
