Buffet style usual though one can order from a menu. The choice is naturally rainbow trout, baked or broiled with a good choice of vegetables. The apple and peach juices are fresh from the Chacon farm.

There ae a choice of fresh fruit, but the speciality dessert is the Chilean papaya preserve served with fresh sour cream.
