You have to tell the cook that you're eating there, especially for dinner, since their kitchen closes early. For lunch I recommend their fried chicken with brown rice and vegetables (very, very fresh). For breakfast and even for light snacks I highly recommend any of their breads, with either local coffee or their mountain tea.
