This restaurant is located in the middle of the city, right next to the main river. As you are seated, you are told that the 30-foot salad bar is yours for the taking. After that, server upon server comes to the table, each with a different skewer of meat. You can eat as much as you want. Regional delicacies are recommended (picanye and brahma hump). This is honestly the best food I have ever eaten anywhere (including America). The best part is that it is extremely cheap for what you are getting.
