Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at very specific times. You absolutely must make reservations, because they only cook enough for those who made them. You also must be on time--if you snooze, you lose. The food depends on who's cooking and what supplies are left from the last boat run. Of course, black beans and rice come with every meal, and it sure beats bringing in your own supplies and cooking over a stove.
