Sitiawan night food stalls

Many stalls offering satay, noodles etc. And one offering "burnt fish," a Mallacccan specialty where fish is pasted with sambal and cooked on a high flame in a banana leaf. This stall is famous in Malaysia - and deservedly so. Try the stingray - out of this world!
