Chimayo is located on Park City's quaint Main Street. We entered and were warmly greeted by the staff at the hostess area. The atmosphere was warm and cozy - lots of wood and stone. Dim lighting and lots of hanging punched tin candleholders/lanterns. The place almost glowed. It's Southwestern cuisine, beautifully prepared and presented. I had the filet mignon with mole. It came with a relleno of tomato and corn fritters on the side. Everything was cooked to perfection and a unique and tasty combination of flavors. The waitstaff was friendly and attentive.
