he owners are the waiter and the cook who moved to Montezuma ten years ago from Spain. The seafood is excellent. The paella is out of this world. Full of clams, squid, mussels, sea shrimp and these river shrimp the likes of which I´ve never seen or tasted before. (They look like a combination between a lobster and a shrimp.) If you´re a seafood fan, this is the place.
