Victor Levis is part of a group of restaurants with 2 others round the corner. It's a pretty big place with tables on 3 floors the best seats for people watching are up the top. Food is Turkish/International and on the whole - pretty good - there is also a set menu if there are over 10 of you.
It's used by pretty much everyone from Consulate staff to locals to English teachers but not so much by tourists.
Booking is advisable at the weekend and pretty much essential if there's a large group.
