They serve various types of coffees, breakfasts, light lunches, dinners, and desserts. I met the franchisee/owner Heidi, who shared with me information about the shop. They use only Arabian coffee beans. You can get filtered coffee or you can order plunger (French press) coffee. Their blended gourmet coffees (listed in order of strength) include Santos Espresso, Italian, Espresso, Wiener Mischung, Breakfast blend, Mild Espresso, Blue Mountain, out of Africa, Mocha Java, and decaffeinated. For the flavored coffee drinkers they have Kahlua fudge, French vanilla, Irish cream, Toffee nut, and Caramel cream decaffeinated.

The founder of this chain wrote on the back of the menu the following quote.
