The first thing I would do upon arriving at the resort is to make dinner reservations at the Beach Grill. This is a very popular spot because you will enjoy a fantastic meal right on the beach. Go around 7:30pm so you can catch the amazing sunset. I would recommend the mussels as an appetizer and you have to try the Cuban lobster (you might want to request two as you only get half a lobster per order). The staff is unbelievable. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and enjoy this truly romantic experience.
