Located in eastern Colorado Springs, Ai Sushi is in a new shopping area next to a Cinemark movie theatre. This is by far the best sushi in the city. The fish is flown in daily, and the chefs are excellent. You can either dine traditionally, sit at the sushi bar, or sit at a grill. Typically, I sit at the sushi bar, but for special occassions, the grill is great. 

Any of the sushi there is great, but I highly recommend trying some of their specialty rolls. My picks are the avalanche II, heart attack, super spider roll, and lobster roll. Trust me, you won't regret it! They also have an excellent selection of sake.
