This restaurant had three buffets, appetizers, cheese, and dessert. Because all of them looked sumputous, I chose the menu for 99F which was all three. There were quite a few different salads(although none of the lettuce and other makings we are used to on a salad bar). There were snails, a whole cold salmon, delicious ham, and pates. Of course, bread and crackers were included. The cheese buffet had a number of soft cheeses as well as two hard ones, including brie and camembert, and one cheese which had a leaf imbedded in the casing. Desserts included cheesecake, fruit pie, chocolate mousse, bread pudding, and fresh fruit by the piece and in a cut up mixture. I would like to go back again so I could try some other items, because it was impossible to eat even a bite of each offering.
