If you stay at the Hacienda all your meals will be included - but it's worth mentioning that the food at Zuleta is in a league of its own compared to the food we had at other haciendas.
They serve very fresh, healthy fare which is grown/raised on their own land & prepared by the family cook. They use recipes that have been passed down through the generations that are just exquisite - we were begging them to write a recipe book at the end of our stay.
Their quiches, baked custards & soups are among some of their fine recipes. Their homemade cheese is also great. They serve wine with all meals & sit the guests around their large oval dining table with a family member at each end to entertain the guests - every meal is like a great big family get together - with a great atmosphere & great food.
