The cuisine is a mixture of Pilipino and Chinese. They have good-size portions at reasonable prices. Seafood is what most people order, but what impressed us was a local dish of pork leg meat, which was absolutely delicious and was voted by all four members of our party as the best pork dish in the Philippines. Regrettably, I forget the full name of the dish, but part of the name has the word Lechon in it (I understand that Lechon means piglet or something similar).
