Lebanese cuisine is rich, aromatic, and totally delicious. Dinner in Beirut doesn’t start till nearly 9 pm and if you get hungry before the hour, have a go at Lebanese Mezzeh for munchies. Babbagannoush – mashed, smoked aubergines – is delicious with breads, as is hummos or salsa harra.
