Fillipe's
This place is really cool. I don't know the address, but it's kinda on a back street, very small almost hole in the wall type place. It's a different menu every day, basically whatever the chef feels like cooking - but there are usually two options for entree, appetizer and dessert. Excellent food and great atmosphere. Hopefully you can find it in a directory over there.
