The food is served in copious quantities, and is oily; they do not make any excuses for it, and people seem to like it (me included). You cannot go wrong with any of the dishes that you order. The chicken dishes are fantastic and the naans and stuffed parathas are very filling, so watch out and order one naan or paratha at a time. The only thing that marred my experience was the choice of dessert. But, I must also confess that with all that food I never did have any room for desserts!
This is a self-serving eating joint, which means that you place the order, and they give you a shout when the food is ready. If you are lucky, you might get someone to serve you the food. You need to get the plates and flatware yourself.
For $15, two people can have a hearty meal and may also have leftovers to take home.
The best time to go there is earlier in the evening. Towards the later half of the evening it tends to get very crowded, and sometimes you might have to wait a while.
Parking can be a problem since street parking is limited. You might want to go a little ahead on the main road, and there is a parking garage on your left.
