The Chinese vegetables that Quincy Dynasty uses in their dishes are always prepared perfectly. The bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, and bok choy are always crisp and fresh. Nothing tastes as if it has simmered or sat for too long, which is a common problem at other area Chinese restaurants.
The staff at Quincy Dynasty is top-notch. If you order delivery, expect it to be there within 15 minutes, even if they say an expected estimated time of 30 minutes. If you eat at the restaurant, the wait staff is friendly and polite.
The restaurant's interior leaves something to be desired with its uncomfortable furnishings and lacking decorations, so takeout and delivery are definitely better options.
Quincy has a large Asian population with many area restaurants, but this is by far the best in terms of the informal Chinese takeout style. I highly recommend it to anyone: meat lovers, vegetarians, picky eaters… because they are so accommodating and will meet the needs of any diet.
