Description: Overall, one of the worst dining experiences in Las Vegas. We made reservations for 9pm. Arrived at 8:55pm and was told that reservations were running right on time, and to wait at the bar. As time passed, started seeing other people seated ahead of me. At 9:15pm, checked with hostess again about being seated. She pointed at a table and said we were going to be seated there as soon as it was cleaned off. At 9:30pm, the table was cleaned, and I watched the hostess seat someone else there. Again, approached the hostess, trying to keep my cool, and were seated at another table--no apologies given. Once seated, we explained to the waiter why we were upset. The waiter was very nice and offered to pick up any of our drink charges for dinner.
The food itself was very good. We had filet mignon and scallops (both very good). Very busy restaurant, loud music, closely arranged tables. Keep this in mind when deciding what atmosphere you are looking for. When the waiter brought the bill, I noticed all drink charges on there. I asked the waiter about the charges, and his reply was, "Oh, I didn't mean we would pay for the alcohol, just the bottled water"--clearly, very insulting. They did, eventually, take the charges off after we watched the waiter bicker with the manager. Not once did the manager come over to the table to apologize for the bad experience. In fact, he would glance over to our table and just snicker. What a shame--great food ruined by lousy service. DO NOT EAT HERE!
