Description: This restaurant is actually located inside the castle. You can enter it from either inside the castle or you can enter from the side of the castle facing the river. At this entrance during the day, there are outside table and chairs on the lawn where it can be very pleasant to sit.
Inside, the restaurant has a lot of atmosphere. The seating is on multiple levels. The brick walls and dark wood tables with benches give one the feeling that one is a knight come to eat near the kitchens. Although the variety of seating areas lead to the atmosphere, it unfortunately does not help the service. We ordered in German since the waitress we had did not speak english. The menus were printed with four languages (Polish, English, Russian, and German) so it would have been possible just to point at the menu as well. There was a fully stocked bar as well.
The food was mostly things like pan-fried pork or chicken served with french fries. It was fine but nothing to rave about. It was a convenient place to eat and a fun atmosphere although it took a while for the food to come since there seemed to be more business than the waitstaff could handle.
