This small cafe is conveniently located in downtown Lincoln City and as you step through the doors, the environment will take you away; the decor is so wonderful.
As for the food, the cafe offers a variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Breakfast and lunch are served all day everyday from 8am to 3pm with a wide variety of foods to choose from, even with a children's menu. Each dish is very reasonable since they fill the plate to its max. Try the pancake plate; for only $3, you'll receive a pancake the size of your head, and most are unable to finish. Other favorites are the French toast plate, chilaquiles either mole or verde, the roast turkey croissant sandwich, or the tuna melt. My opinion on each of these dishes is that they are all very tasty and rich in flavor. The foods here really hit the spot.
There is also a gourmet drink and juice bar for those with a sweeter tooth. The bar is able to make any drink imaginable (other then alcoholic) and with quality ingredients.
The Sun Garden Cafe is highly recommended because you can walk through the doors and eat a full meal like you are in a restaurant, yet still feel cozy as if you were in the comfort of your own home.
Although I am not a fan of vegetarian dishes, I can easily say that the dishes served in this cafe are for anyone, and the cooks are even willing to change the dishes according to everyones taste, from vegan to carnivore.
