Ferran is filled with activity during the day-right in the center Old Town and close to the Cathedral. At night, things die down a little, but not this place. It's a funky restaurant with excellent Basque cooking. It's in a loft space, and you sit on these cool benches that are actually comfortable. I had tapas-reindeer meat, back of tuna (more like fish jerky) and duck wing (so delicious! the meat just fell off the bone). Then went on to a plate of different sausages. All three with very different tastes, all excellent. My husband ordered the beef stew in onions...all the onions were completely melted, like a sauce. Delicious. I would say the prices at this place is closer to $20 to $25 per head if you ordered more tapas, but still reasonable for the atmosphere.
