PartyCompany-Het Lam en her Eij
This was a unique dining experience. Upon arrival there were staff available, taking you to tables laden with ingrediates to prepare your dinner. Part of our group made the salad, some worked together on the entree and grills, some cut apples for the dessert strudle. A long bar that ran the length of the room has every conceivable liquor made from every fruit/herb known to man to indulge in. Many locals, fun tastes to try. There were whipped cream whipping contests, wooden shoes with our names inscribed to wear alongside aprons, and lots of laughter drifted in and out the long picnic style tables and benches that lined nooks here and there. If your "assignment" didn't interest you, then you could go work on another cooking project. A terrific icebreak, we were bonding and friends before it was all over.
