Here is the solution: I have lived in Houston for more than 10 years and had never known anything about Houston's Chinatown area. But recently, my friend told me about this website called www.chinatownconnection.com, which has all of the restaurants around SW Bellaire Boulevard, and I happen to work 10 minutes away from there, so I thought I should give it a shot.
One day, I decided to walk to this place called Lucky Dragon; surprisingly, their food is actually very delicious, and the whole place looked very clean as well. I think that for $5, this was one of the best lunches I have ever had.
