A 100 seat onsite restaurant at the Four Seasons, the Quadratois open for breakfast, lunch or dinner every day. Breakfast features international classics, but I chose the British breakfast I grew up with as a boy in England--eggs, sausages, bacon, tomatoes, toast and marmalade. Oh, and tea of course. There is an "exhibition" kitchen positioned at the center of the restaurant allowing diners to watch the fare being prepared by the chefs. Northern Italian cuisine is the focus of the menu at lunch or dinner.
