The cuisine is Asian fusion seafood and it is great! A very unique blend of flavors. Oysters has pasta and beef as well, but is mostly seafood. Desserts are all homemade with an amazing creme brulee. The menu varies, but the food is consistent always. They have local jazz bands playing often saxaphone or piano. Great local hangout and it is always packed any night of the week. It is a price committment, but if you want a great dining experience, try it! I had a former roommate who was a concierge in Newport Beach. I tried every Newport Beach restaurant and if you don't care about a "no water view", then you must go to Oysters.
