Fiesta Jalisco is low-key Mexican dining in an upbeat atmosphere. We tried the one in Breckenridge and greatly enjoyed the rather inexpensive dining and generous portions. We have heard good things about Avon's Fiesta Jalisco, located in the shopping strip just below Beaver Creek Resort. This is very good Mexican food, and while still price worthy, it's not simply "cheap Mexican. The staff was very friendly. It is a good place for kids that might not sit quietly through an entire meal.
