P.F. Chang's China Bistro

This was my first time ever eating at P.F. Chang's, but I was pleasantly surprised. The theme is outstanding. I felt like I was actually in China. The lighting is low, which creates a really neat ambience. For dinner, we split the fried rice. There were several meats that were mixed into the rice, including pork, shrimp, and beef. The food was superb (I'm not usually a Chinese-food fan). Overall, the dining experience was outstanding.
