The clothes are nice but tend to be expensive for many folks. The food is similar but worth it. Tommy's is probably the best "Floribbean" cuisine on the Circle, maybe in all of Sarasota. Put your name in at the hostess stand if you don't have a reservation (which is really only required if you don't want to wait or if it's tourist season and a weekend). Then take your time and browse the shop.
Recommended meals include the coconut shrimp and anything jerk. The specials also tend to be quite good, with fresh local seafood.
The decor is straight out of island plantation casting. The service is always top-notch.
For a quick getaway experience, Tommy Bahama is right on target.
