Chef Billy Klaser began his career with a three-year apprenticeship at the famed Breakers Resort in Palm Beach. His speciality at Cafe Klasers is a stuffed beef tenderloin. It is absolutely delicious! It comes with the usual: baked potato, salad, and bread. We were so impressed that we will definitely make the drive to come back.
