This is a pub/bar/restaurant situated right in downtown. The cuisine is Romanian, but they have a wide variety of pizza and spaghetti, and everyone can find something they like. Food is pretty cheap at under $10 per person, including soda, tip, and tax. Cocktails and shots range from $2-5, but most of them are $3. The restaurant has a few TVs, so sometimes they play soccer games, or otherwise music on MTV.
