Situated in the dining room of the "United States Hotel", this restaurant often provides a pleasant and quiet place to eat your lunch or dinner while visiting Sovereign Hill.
The dining room is fairly elegant with nice wine glasses and quality china. There's a fire place and period paintings on the wall. The service is excellent. It seems to serve the same food as the busier "New York Bakery" just down the street. Same prices too. The difference with this place being its nicer dining room and the fact that it's licensed.
The food is of good quality. Your more traditional Australian fare. Nothing too exotic. Certainly above average and pleasant, particularly in its given environment.
