We had a demi-pension at the hotel, so we ate breakfast and dinner there. The breakfasts were OK. The coffee and fresh orange juice were great, but the breads were pretty dry, although the donuts (cake-type) were tasty. The eggs were good, too.
Dinner was served buffet-style, with beef, lamb, chicken Moroccan tagines (slow-cooked in onions, tomatoes, and local spices), and a wide choice of salads -- green, potato, tomato and cucumber, and on and on. Mixed veggies and potatoes were offered, along with soup (harira one night and soupe de legume the next). Desserts were also quite varied (chocolate mousse, tarte aux pommes, nougat, European-style cakes). It was really one of the better buffets I've had. The wine list features Moroccan standards -- it wasn't long, but the wines were mostly drinkable.
The dining room has large windows looking out over the mountain or the countryside. There were lots of children (we were there during Aid Kebir, which is something like Christmas for Muslems).
